Once payment has been submitted and the Company SEGURIDAD intelligence & investigations LLC has been engaged through a signed authorization agreement to perform services, any refunds or cancellation requests will be handled in the following fashion:
- Up to 75% refund: If cancellation request is made within one (1) day after the contract is signed.
- Up to 50% refund: If the cancellation request is made within two (2) days after the contract is signed.
- Up to 25% refund: If the cancellation request is made within three (3) days after the contract is signed.
In cases where a refund request is made three (3) days after contract execution, there will be no refunds because by this time the Company has already incurred significant expenses in preparing and beginning to perform services for the Client.
